My horrible experience with Transunion

I lodged a dispute with Transunion regarding a default on my credit report that i paid up in November 2017 and on the 18 April 2018 i sent them the paid Letter indicating the account was fully paid up which should have been cleared from my credit report within 21 days. I called on the 18th May 2018 to follow up on the default of which the consultant said they will escalate to the head office . I called again last friday 1 June 2018 and today again and they still escalating my matter.

My life is literally held at randsom because of this i have even handed over the matter to my lawyers as i do not know what to do
