My credit profile not updated and corrected

Good day

I have references to many emails, calls and dispute over my credit profile that was settled in debt review 7 May 2025 and my information is not updated correctly. I have lost count of the promises made that my profile will be updated and corrected and I just do not get anyone that is willing to help me.
