MY CREDIT PROFILE NEVER UPDATED

Good day Several times i have logged a dispute with regards to my accounts that have been paid up but still shows as active on my profile I have access to my provide as i subscribe annually, about 7 accounts that i have paid up with high values, have not been updated since June which is messing up my scoring and i am in a process of buying a property Can someone please help me to look into this as the consultant i am dealing with is not helpful at all
