My Credit Profile

Transunion is the worst, I was listed by Cell C, paid the arrears in full on 22 August 2022, of which i was advised it takes 60 days for it to be cleared by credit bureau, its already December and nothing has been changed, my credit profile is still listed and not updated. Cell C advised to contact transunion of which i have tried all avenues, automated voice recording directing you to numbers that dont respond, they cant assist me with anything, now how do I get help when i am trying to get the matter resolved, i am very broken and frustrated
