MTN account!!! No assistance or feedback from the 21 August

Good somebody please call me to rectify this mess on my credit report. How can I be paying R63900.00 on an MTN contract per month???? They basically just added 2 zeros to what I am actually paying. This has really damaged my credit report and I am not getting assistance from Transunion or MTN for that matter. Can I please be contacted urgently.
