MOST USELESS STAFF IN THE WORLD

I had a credit check done on me via a rent to own company, this was done through Transunion via there automotive side, upon the report there is a indicator for *****. I called that department ***and they say they cannot assist i must call ***, i call this number and they say i must call ***, i have been pushed back and fort for 23 times , i bought a credit report and there is no indicators on the credit report but on the automotive side there is a indicator for ***** on my name, I called south African ***** prevention services and they have no listing against my name. Transunion is the most pathetic company to deal with as nobody knows nothing in there not even the supervisors , i spoke to Cynthia the supervisor in the auto motive side and she knows nothing. If they cant help you they cut the call this happen 9 times to. My question is WHY IS THERE A INDICATIOR ON MY NAME FOR ***** , AND HOW COME ON THE CREDIT BUREAU SIDE MY NAME HAS NO INDICATOR BUT ON YOUR AUTOMOTIVE SIDE THERE IS AN INDICATOR.***
