Mistreatment by transunion - phone cut off by ill-disciplined staff

Transition offers an online service to log disputes but my profile is locked and I can't log disputes online.

When I call the disputes line their staff hangs up the phone call and I can't log a dispute.

This is ill discipline and disrespectful.
