Misleading information and unknowable stuff.

<p>Last year December 2016 i wanted an RSC card and it was declind ,I was told to call ITC where they told me two of my accounts were in arrears.I spoke to a guy by the name of Masixole who then told me i needed to pay an amount of R390( R3something ) my credit report will be updated at any time when i want it to since il be a member.I paid that amount immediately and he said i could go apply for the RCS card again even the next day it will be approved my credit report has been updated.I app**** for the card it was declined and i was very suprised because i was told my credit record would be updated since i paid that amount.I logged adispute and try to escalte the issue and request for a refund since i paid for nothing ,i havnt gotten any help till tolday all the consultants i talk to everyday tell me a different story as to how this thing works.Im still told that my accounts are in arrears meanwhile i called Jet they said they are not picking up any arrears from their side im not in arrears with them and they did send a request to ICT and the Akamens account it was closed off and i even cancelled the card. </p>
