Misleading and useless data

I have a business opened for 10 years now and have purchased anything on an account. we only have a vodacom and telkom account and all purchases are made in cash. <br> <br> I tried applying for finance now and the bank came back telling me that our credit score is too low and coud not give me any further details. I contacted transunion and requested a business credit report to see my scoring and try to understand why i have a low scoring. I received my personal report which shows a scoring that is excellent and my business report with no scoring and little or no information on it. <br> <br> i do understand that a business report is different from an individual report however , i did at least expect details of accounts that the business has and a reflection of the payment profile, why would they not show the payment profile yet they will show the inquiries. i called them back and was told to contact their head office, the phone was busy for a long time so i called in again and the agent was not helpful at all and then tells me that i need to have an account exec, be a subscriber and then i must pay for an sme report to get the scoring.<br> their reports are really of no use to a business. <br> <br>
