messing with my life by sheer ineptitude

Absolutely useless. Their ttechnical support form on their website after logging in does not work, it keeps looping about fixing fields. They have mixed up me and my exwife, with her name and details mixed in with mine. We were never married COP so there is no reason for this. I had to phone the erorr in and even now two weeks later and two phonecalls later they have not fixed thebug on their report form or the mess of my personal details. this affects my credit rating!!! FIX IT!!!
