Merged ID numbers

Bad service I have been getting calls from different loan companies for the last couple of months that i have no idea how and where it came from i have been in arrears on my "account" that i don't even have any of on my name because transunion decided to merge mine and my twin brothers information and ID number together??? how is this even possible?phone call after phone call i still see his details popping up on my ID number and have called transunion to fix things, i cannot open any accounts due to this mishap from your side i can not do anything because two totally different peoples ID numbers are merged and my credit score is so weak,i asked for them to update as well and nothing is being done.Ihave asked for an updated report to see if our ID numbers are un-merged and i need to pay for that?when there is only a free report every year?I haven't received a free report from you but you claim i have received one TransUnion fix the issues you made.
