Make your life hell to cancel any paid services like TrueCredit

Do NOT sign up to any paid services because you cannot easily discontinue these services. I learnt the hard way by signing up to TrueCredit for a few months.

Firstly, there is no way on their website to cancel a subscription. Secondly, when you phone the call centre there is no menu option that deals with billing or cancellations - I figured out after phoning multiple times that phoning and using option 2, then option 2 again gets you to someone that can help with this. Thirdly, I got the most unfriendly operator who aggressively kept asking me WHY I want to cancel my membership and insisting that I need this service.

Terrible service and ********* behaviour from this company. AVOID.
