Log in issues

I do not have a good experience with transunion, I am struggling to log in and everytime I need to call to login in wasting my money and my airtime. I have paid the year subscription yet I am unable to login and everytime I'm told to 'clear my cach and cookies' which I do so but still not getting assisted. Please assist as this is really tiring and frustating.
