Life On Hold.. AGAIN

So I logged a call online with Transunion about 3 months ago about my credit score. No response in the last 3 months,. So I decided to call them. They actually ask me who I tried to call and why I didn't follow up. Which I admitted I was at fault for. Then it get's fun because they tell me the online dispute section is not working. So basically for 3 months, they knew and kept it there and didn't try fix it. So obviously my life has been on hold for 3 months. And now it's another month. All the time my score is declining. And I bet after this is resolved I will have to wait ANOTHER 3 months while my score is getting REBUILT because Transunion can't tell consumer's their BS product doesn't work. So thank you Transunion for putting my life on hold for nearly half a year (and further more), making it seem like it's completely my fault that you guys can't pay people to fix your **** site
