Lack of credibility

To say I am disappointed is an understatement. One will have thought such a big corporate will have some level of credibility and competency.

I have logged two dispute, firstly clearly stating that there's been a dual listing of same debt and later to indicate that it has been paid up. You have on my profile one listed as paid and the other outstanding (same debt).

I get the report back to say there's a credible evidence to show that the debt is still current and if I still want to query I can take it up with credit ombudsman.

How disappointing, I have been a paying member since 2011 but experience such level of oversight and feedback that there's credibility in that makes wonder how many people are adverse affected buy such false reporting
