Lack of communication and failure to update credit report

I have been trying to make contact both via telephone and email, yet I have received any response. I have asked that my details be updated and that the debt revie flag be removed, yet it is still reflecting even after I have sent the needed documentation. Can you please tell me why there is a delay to remove my flag? As putting me under debt review was a speedy process! Please amend my credit report IMMEDIATELY!
