Lack of communication

I had logged a dispute with Transunion more than a month ago for Enquiries to be removed from my report as I had no knowedge of authorizing it. The 20 business days had passed and when I followed up on the 22nd business day they said they are escalating it for manual removal as the system did not automatically remove it. It's day 25 and the enquiries are still listed. Could i please get an update on this as it's really affecting my credit score.
