Keeping Negative Information past 3 years Mot Updating

There is Negative and old accounts on my profile. Nimble group prescribed DMC3 all which has been sitting there for over 3 years, and not removed. All other 3 credit beuro's have removed it which can be proven why is Transunion not updating and prefer to keep negative information. Spoke to a lady rude and phone dropped
