Just unlock my account already

You guys are seriously pathetic. My account is locked, I want it unlocked, in the past I've sent e-mails with ID documents and proof of residence, which did not result in it being unlocked. I've spent time on the phone with your call centre, they confirmed my ID number, cell phone number, my e-mail address, had me read a pin back to them that came to my phone, and even my address, but still would not unlock the account because I could not give them a street number for an apartment block inside a security complex that I lived at 4 years ago! The apartment block does not have a street number. I gave her the apartment number, the building name, the suburb, the complex name , and even my latest address and a Gauteng address I last used 5 years ago.

I've had an easier time unlocking my online banking and SARS e-filing accounts and they are far more sensitive. I just want my credit report.

Could someone with common sense please assist?
