Judgment on my credit profile yet I dont have any judgements

So yesterday a property development company agent from Green Eye Housing ran a credit check without m permission. He then forwarded this to me and I have report him for violating my rights and this case is still pending. Upon receiving this report from trans union I then realized that the report has a warning that I have judgments, and defaults and this is is inaccurate. I do not have any judgments so why is there a warning on my credit profile. Can trans union advise why the report states that I have judgment? I have other report from different credit bureau and I don't have any legal action under my profile. Can you remove this from my profile please as this is false and tarnishing my credit. The worst thing is that I have not been able to log in to my trans union credit report for the past 2 years, I don't have logging yet other companies get to retrieve my report without my permission.
