Judgement not removed

I am appalled by the service received by Transunion. I am a paid subscriber and requested judgement to e removed as it was paid in full. Sent paid up letter and Transunion advised that they sent it to the attorneys, this doesn't seem to be the case as the attorney is waiting to respond on the notice to confirm. This judgment is affecting my application for employment please remove this judgement as the attorney responded. This is having serious impact on my life.
