judgement not off my name yet

Hi my Name is Quinton Koopman <br> A judgement was placed on my name,I then settled the account and received a paid up letter from the associated company.<br> The very first time I submitted my paid up letter to the credit bereau after speaking to Bongi in their call centre was in september last year. Thinkinkg the information was updated I went to the bank to apply for a home loan..to my suprise details were not updated. Then again I forwarded the papers to them again with reference numbers on each page ...they responded via sms saying it would take seven working days to update. After a two week period I called in and my statuswas still not upated. They said they need me to forward it agen then I sent all the docs again. The point is no information has been changed and I'm loosing out on my buying a place for me n my wife n kids its so frustrating and aggravating.
