Its useless and unhelpful disgusting

The site where u dispute is never working.the consultants sell you products rather than direct your call Its a pain in the ass,its useless yet its what we are being judged on if such an important institutions has turn around time for call holding 15 to 20 or until u hang up why are we suppose to use it. I have been paying my debt but im still on 414 credit score what are we suppose to do sell pur souls to get an update on our credit or corrections on listings i simply hate it and i wish we could get another institution that has abit of dignity and principles attached to it.
