IT'S ONLY AN UPDATE I'M ASKING FOR?

On the 21 January 2019, Rage sent a paid up letter to the Transunion to update my profile accordingly. I called again (05/03/2019) to follow up and was given a reference number to follow up after 2 days and called (15/03/2019) to be told that the account isn't update they will again log a dispute and should follow up again. May the Transunion head office kindly update my profile please.
