ITC Transunion Poor service/Incompetence

I pay transunion subscription yearly but their agents are ***********, poor service. I have a pending matter with them that they failing to resolve. Its over 2 months now, ive called them more than 20 times. They do not respond to their emails. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to be a member of transunion. They don’t have respect for their members.
