ITC THINK THEY ARE GOD

I was under debt review - Paid my debt and did my time, When i signed up for debt review it just came out with a company called you and my money , later as time went by they sold the book of business and I was not able to get hold of my DC Pheziwe i then found myself a new DC teh odl DC did not answer my calls or E mails and i was not able to get a transfer i paid my debt every month irrespective of the challenges - Finally got a certified clearance certificate and paid up letters - sent it to ITC and then they said 21 working days , then they told me the NCR did not update and i must go back to my DC i went back and struggled with NCR to get an update , then DC told me that my status is changed to F2 all debt paid and now ITC MUST CLEAR i called them and they tell me i must wait another 21 days the problem is i want to buy a home and they need to remove my bad credit history as promised when I placed myself under debt review, why do they make it so difficult?
