ITC record not cleared

<p>I send a paid up letter to trans union to clear my name and remove the listing from my name. I send it on the 07/10/2016 and they responded only on the 19/10/2016 requesting a copy of my ID. I send it to them the next day and ever since I got no response and my name is still on the ITC as unpaid and its a month and 4 days later. I did phone them but didn't succeed. Please give me some advice what to do???</p>
