ITC DON'T UPDATE CREDIT PROFILES FROM NEGATIVE TO POSITIVE

Absolutely disgusting customer service if any. My credit profile needs to be updated as it still shows I'm in debt which is not the case.

I've send endless emails but no response or even acknowledgement of any sort. They are so quick to update your credit report negatively.

I went for a job interview yesterday and if I lose out due to my credit profile not being updated, I will take the legal route.
