ITC does not care about your privacy!

After I complained about an unauthorised enquiry on my report, you removed it.

A few weeks later I suddenly see it on my report again. After calling your office (it's insane that you do not allow any other form of communication), I was told that the enquirer submitted "proof" of authorisation. When I asked what proof it was, as I never approved this, I was told that it was simply a letter saying that I agreed to it.

You have allowed a malicious person, who is acting on behalf of another person who is being investigated by the police for a crime, to infringe on my privacy and view all my financial information. On top of it, you refuse to take it off my report, even though you have no valid proof I authorised it. The lady I spoke with, Pride, promised to send me this "proof", but of course I never received it.

I pay for your subscription and access fees, yet was never even notified that it was app**** back to my report. Your service in general is extremely poor, and you are guilty of negligence.

I will be taking legal action with my law firm.
