ITC dispute query 3rd time

1.in response to my last complaint, ITC contacted me and said they removed the dispute. I looked today and the very same dispute is still pending and opened. Disgraceful to say the least. I am really fed up with ITC as they keep changing the rules to suite their incompetence. 2.Was asked to speak to the score dept but that dept knows nothing about how the scoring mechanism works. Just brush you off with contradicting rules. 3. Also has 1 of my payment profiles removed but the dispute remains open. ITC must close off immediately. Why do i have to suffer the wait of 21 days for their update.
