Is there anyone working at Transunion?

Since Transunion has been hacked, I could no longer access my account - although I have been this stored securely. When I eventually got hold of a consultant, I was told that I had to FICA. Halfway through the FICA process, it hangs and I am unable to continue. It's been months since I accessed my account and yet I am billed for the service every month.

When I call in I am told that I have to call from the number that I signed up with so that I can then engage with their auto attendant on whatsapp. Been there done that, still without any success.

All I want is for someone to cancel my account and stop deducting off my account.
