Indefinite wait

I am so disappointed, frustrated, stressed and worried about my state of affairs because of the **** service this company subjects me to. I lodged yet another dispute, guess what no one is working on it. The rude agent told me on day 3after I had lodged in the dispute that I am on day 1. Again I must wait for 21 days, been playing this game since February. I am so tired!

Horrible service Seema to be the order of the day there.
