Incorrectly Debited

<p>i called in for a crecdit enquiry on profile i spoke to Glen which was very helpfull and called me to advise on the status of my query, however the problem came when Glen incorrectly debited me in error and he explained to me that he chose the wrong option of the debit and money was taken out of account. He kept me in the loop calling me advising me of the progress. Little did i know for a reverseal of my money would take more the a week even so almost a month for my money to be transfered back as i gave him my bankning details to revese the money back. When i follow with the team managerJeremy all he can say is matter is still being investigated. i dont care about their internal process all i want is money that is due to me MINE!!!!!!</p>
