incorrect listing on itc for over R300000 when the account is up to date and only owing R3000

after disputing an account which is up to date, after the dispute is closed it was then updated incorrectly.

My makro account is up to date and owing R3389 yet after my dispute comes back showing i owe R339000 and now must wait another 21 days before this is resolved after working tirelesssly to rectify my credit score. because someone made a error i am the one suffering and i get no help only this is unfortunately the process.
