Incorrect information

My address is incorrect I have been staying here for the past 20 years now, I am not married I have started to work at Truck Lec from 2015/01/04, my accounts have not been updated for the past 2 months now, my account balance is incorrect, my credit score last month was 679 Monday it was 656 and now 676, and I know I am not in arrears, and according to my credit history I had a opening balance on my American swiss account of R10000 it is actually supposed to be R1500, neither transunion or American swiss are able to assist me with that. and why are there still closed accounts on my credit history it is supposed to be removed because it is CLOSED accounts, I am viewing my credit report every 2 weeks and I am really trying to get my score up to standard but with is inaccurate information it is impossible, Please help me I am really struggling to get all of this corrected.
