Incorrect Defaults

Hi,

I need urgent support with removing incorrect defaults from my Credit Record. The one account was settled and the other was paid up more than 60 days ago.

I was previously told these defaults will disappear after 60 days since paying it up but this is not the case. It is more than 60 days and still reflecting on my record and I am unable to get credit due to this, please assist as soon as possible here.
