INCORRECT DATA AND INCORRECT CREDIT SCORE!!!! PLEASE HELP

My Credit score is incorrect, It dropped from 647 to 585 in 2 weeks. My summary indicated that legal proceedings have commenced for an account that does not exist and is not on my credit report. I have called in and Transunion have agreed there is an error on my profile but nothing is being done about it. I have to keep on waiting for head office to fix it !!!! PLEASE HELP MY SCORE RECALCULATE MY SCORE
