Im so furious and frustrated right now,Trans Union requested paid up letters and Clearance certificate,of which I did send,They say I must wait for 21 days before I'm cleared. to my surprise I called them today asking about the progress only to find out I was helped by someone ***********,She didn't tell me I should certify the clearance certificate...they only telling me that today,My 21 days was supposed to be next week...So now I have to wait another 21working days, because someone failed to do her job.?????
