I submitted form 19 ( Debt Review Clearance certificate ) to TransUnion Debt Review department on 05/06/2018 and I was told that the matter will be resolved within 21 working days . 4 months down the line Transunion listed me as Under Debt Review. NCR confirmed that I am no longer under debt review.
