I contacted Trans union numerous time to update me information everytime I am being transfered and coming to a point where my details don't get updated, today I was on the app to see everything is updated to my surprise the app kicked me out and said incorrect information I tried updating it online waiting on the confirmed email which I am still waiting on i decided to call now again, upon my call I spoke to a agent called Pinky she took my details just to tell me I was 2018 last on the app is that now really to make a person more upset i told here I was just now on the app how can I be 2018 last on the app, I asked her to assist in helping me with updating details she told me to do that I need to send in a ID copy and proof of address I told her I just did that hence I am calling you to find out whats happening she told me I need to email again which will then take about 5 to 10 working days to get back to me i told now why can't we just do it now she bluntly told me she can't and when I asked how can she not not because I also work for call centre company and any customer calling in can be assisted telephonically to call in and do changes she told me yes you can so I told her call your manager because I would like to speak to her up until an half an hour on the line no manager his name is GLEN, so I raised my voice a little at her as I am getting frustrated for her on not giving me the help I want she then told me I swore at her etc , I then jump to saying I never swore at u and in the beginning of the call u did say all calls recorded so I want a copy of this recording and I want your manager to listen to it as well because I know I did not use any swore words at her and I told her what I basically said to her. Still not being helped or any details updated and still waiting for the manager. They are so *********** really. I told her if she don't have the passion or love her job she needs to give it someone else not just be there for the money. They don't have any proffesiolism or a way to speak to clients or even respect.
