*********** staff at Transunion

Transunion has messed up my profile and merged my profile with someone that's under debt review. It's been 2 weeks now and no on can help me as they are never at work or apparently difficult to get a hold of. The call centre agents are absolutely rude and dont know anything. I cannot get ahold of the senior manager as they do not give out their contact details. I have reported them to the national regulator. My life is now on hold till they sort out the mess that they have caused.
