Wow the Transunion website is so useless. I have been trying to log in for the past 2 months or more. I have sent through the necessary documents to reset my password. I followed the necessary steps and the website still does not allow me to reset my password.

I am sure the website bounce rates are unmatched and I am beyond appalled with the service that I have received from them. Your website's user journey is shocking!! Fix it!

I would recommend Compuscan and Mycreditscore over Transunion at this point.
