*********** or just plain unhelpful???

I haven't done a credit score check in over 4 years. I cannot remember the information I used 4 years ago. Got locked out of my account. I called the call center and got told that I cannot be helped because all my information has changed. Tried to then create a new account, but they keep throwing me out telling me I need to log in. I recited the information I knew as much as possible yet the consultant was rude and refused to help me. I understand that they are keeping my information safe, but this is just ridiculous. No matter how I try to confirm my info, the agent was very unhelpful. He also didn't speak clearly at all so I couldn't even hear his name. Very upset.
