*********** Call Centre

I tried accessing my my free credit report online through Transunion in February 2017.

Transunion then requested that I forward them supporting documents.

These documents were sent to them February the 15th 2017.

I then received this ticket number.

Ref number: ********** ********** 02

It has been almost 2 months and still I have not received any information as I was promised it will only take 7 working days.

I have called both Transunion Call Centre’s numerous times over the past few weeks where I am put on hold or been told to contact the alternative Call Centre.

I have contacted Transunion again last week of May 2017 where an agent told me that the Manager Jeremy or Jason will forward my report within the next 2 hours. It has been another week and still nothing.

On the 5th April 2017 I contacted Transunion a further 4 times speaking to Vuyo, Dylan and Vincent who promised me I will be contacted and still nothing.

I contacted once again the disputes Call Centre where i spoke to desire ticket number:

TU ********** 5-000443-01 where she too could not help me and again reverted me back to the Credit Report Department.

Again this morning the 6th April 2017 I contacted Transunion and spoke to Nomthandazo and still awaiting some sort of feedback.

This is totally unacceptable as I have literally spent hundreds of Rands in airtime by contacting Transunion, being put on hold, followed all the proper channels advised and still nothing for ticket that was logged on the 15th February 2017.

(Who is going to reimburse this money for a free credit report?)

The Customer Service level, knowledge level and competency of Call Centre as well as Management cannot be justified.

I feel that I now need to logged a grievance with HELLO PETER as such customer service that involves such a crucial aspect of our lives is well below standard.
