Bad service, i logged a query 19 working days ago, they told me it will take 15 working days to be sorted out. I kept calling after 15 working days were over and was pushed from ine oerson to the other will no outcome. Today i get told i am supposed to wait 20 working day which was never communicated with me via email or telephone. When they want to list youthey do it hassle free but just to update simple details it's such a mission. This is really frustrating, Transunion does a not get back to me at all i must always be the one to call and beg them. Its unprofessional and very upsetting.
