Incompetency on another level

How often is Trans Union updating their database as the information that is being supp**** on my profile has been wrong for the past 12 months and no attempt to update it has been done. My expenses are wrong, my credit rating is therefore being negatively impacted. Please sort this out as a matter of urgency as your organization's incompetence is really hurting our plans.
