Incompetence at its worst

I wanted to print out my yearly free credit report and then they told me I need to update my address. I sent them proof of address and my ID as the requested in March. I received a ticket number and was told it will take 5 days. 2 weeks later I called and was told it hasn't been updated even though they received the documents. They accelated it. 2 weeks later I called again. Then they said they will call me. A week later I called again. Then they said they will call me again. The 2 weeks later I called again. Same story. I have been calling every second Tuesday since. Nothing. I called again now and still it hasn't been updated. Who can help me with this disgusting service. I have no words for thier service really. I just want my annual free copy. Is that to much to ask for. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Ever.
