Incompetence

Transunion Credit Bureau is a company that is supposed to assist you with your credit report.

There is no one that nou how to answer a telephone.

If you email them with a problem for assistance you get a reply to inform you that someone will phone you with in two days.

I don't have a problem in two working days I have a problem now. What is the point of having this supposed If there is no supposed?
