Incompetence

I've never dealt with Transunion ITC before but this being my first time, I'm horrified by the levels of incompetence, rudeness and arrogance displayed by Kutlwano, Mpho Tshabalala and team leader Bongani Mahangwani respectively. REVCO, on behalf of COJ handed my account over to them for listing in November and the account arrears were settled in December. This despite payment arrangements and arrears which were reduced from R3.4k to R1,020 they listed me still.. The audecity. With the account up-to-date, REVCO sent ITC an instruction to de-list me on the 3rd of May and till this day nothing has been done. Today I escalate my dispute to the t/l Bongani and he refuses to take my call and he brazenly tells Mpho to tell me to go to the credit Ombuds...the nerve. Mpho and Kutlwa insist I send them a paid-up letter from REVCO and I explained to them, together with Thulani from Revco, that we can't give them that letter as this is a COJ rates n taxes account that can never be paid-up as it is ongoing whilst I have a house. But then I am stonewalled because ITC agents are a law unto themselves and they insist on the letter. I did a conference call for REVCO to explain to them and confirm instruction to de-list and a certain Ngebi Mchitakali could not confirm receipt. Seeing that the so called team leader has the arrogance not to take my call, I asked for his superior and Mpho would not let me through or give me his or her name. Is this how you operate at ITC? What draconian methods do you employ to deal with your clients? To think I was contemplating subscribing for their services. NO MORE! Transunion ITC YOU ARE THE PITS!!!
