INACCURATE INFORMATION | CREDIT SCORE MESS

I have worked so hard to make sure that I build a good credit score since Novembee 2021. I managed to move from the 400 range to 630+ by paying off and closing all of accounts. I started seeing questionable queries on my report and disputed them to Transunion and they were removed. Please tell me how the hell does my credit score decreased from 633 to 575 in one week just because I asked you to remove negative stuff that were not suppose to be there in the first place??? HOW THE HELL TO YOU JUSTIFY DECREASING POINTS WHEN AN ENQUIRY IS MADE AS WELL AS WHEN IT'S REMOVED FROM ONE'S CTEDIT REPORT??? YOU GUYS ARE A **** AND YOU ARE RUINING OUR LIVES WITH THIS INACCURATE SYSTEM OF YOURS!!!

I WANT MY CRESIT SCORE RO BE FIXED ASAP!!! I only have 1 debt and I have been paying it well and surely even if I skip 1 month it won't warranty you deducting ****ing 58 points from my credit score??? Shouldn't my credit score increase for removing unauthorized enquiries seing that you already deducted points when they were initially made??? I'm reporting you to the ombudsman if you don't fix this...this cannot be legal. Your system is inaccurate! No wonder people can't get credit! You guys are always doctoring the credit scores to stay below average. I need an explanation of how you can remove my credit score just because I disputed information i have no knowledge of and that I did NOT AUTHORIZE! This is just nonsense...you are ruining our lives because some of us require a good credit record for industries we work in and this ****ty system of yours will make us loose good job opportunities.

FIX MY CREDIT SCORE ASAP I WORKED WAY TOO HARD TO ALLOW YOU TO DEDUCT SUCH A LOT OF POINTS JUST FOR CLEANING UP MY CREDIT STANDING!!! Your website even advises people to diapute credit queries if they want to improve their scoring...why is the opposite happening in my case???

So, I got a call from one of Transunion client service people and when I asked him to verify why my score went down by 58 points just because I defaulted on ONE account he sent me to 3 different departments. My complaint is still not fixed. CAN YOU PLEASE GET THE CTEDIT SCORE DEPARTMENT TO CALL ME ASAP! There's no way 1 payment skip can equate to 58 points...that is ridiculous. That means building my credit score over the past 10months was for nothing because you took me back to when I had multiple defaulting accounts of R300,000 owing.

SOMEONE NEEDS TO FIX THIS ASAP! YOU GUYS NEED TO CHECK YOUR SCORING SYSTEM BECAUSE SOMETHING DOESN'T ADD UP HERE!!!

THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING!!!

CAN SOMEONE URGENTLY GET BACK TO ME ON THIS PLEASE!!!

You guys are ruining my life with your INACCURATE scoring! I want to know how can you deduct points for removing unauthorized enquiries that were NOT meant to be there in the first place. You remove points when the enquiries are made as well as when one asks you to remove them from the report...WHY? Aren't you suppose to be giving me back the points you initially deducted when the unauthorized enquiries where made???

I had a chat with a financial adviser as I was fixing my credit record in order to apply for a home loan next year, and she informed me that the banks do look at the credit score from the bureaus they use - you Consultant told me banks can't see the score, they only get the payment history of the consumers...which doesn't make sense. This is highly worrying as my score dropped drastically due to removing unauthorised enquiries. Please can you get your team to give me a breakdown of why my score dropped so much just because of the removal of items that were initially not meant to be there and the matrix used to determine when the scores are deducted. This is really compromisung my career (HR confirmed that the they can see my credit score from their end) and personal plans.

Any one here know how I can escalate this??? Is there an efficient credit bureau ombudsman that I can contact?
